Custom Printed Orders

  • All customized product orders will receive a mockup design before printing occurs. Files will be sent to the email on file within 24 hours. Customers will be given 24 hours to accept/decline mockups. After this period we will complete the product based upon our recommendations. Once the custom design is processed and approved, the design cannot be edited and printing will occur.
  • Please upload high-quality images. We will optimize the photo, however, overall image quality is not our responsibility.
  • Inform us of specific design instructions within the product notes. Unless otherwise noted, we will produce products based upon our expertise in the concept.
  • Design files can be edited until processed and approved by us. You will receive an email to confirm when it has been approved.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the production of custom artwork.
  • If you would like a custom design for a product, please call us at (773) 364-1828, send us a quote, or send an email to sales@jtees.net.

Featured Product Orders

    • Are eligible for a refund until the items are shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.
    • Please allow 2-5 business days to process all orders. After processing, orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Delivery periods are determined by shipping options chosen by customers at checkout.
    • Due to Covid-19, there will be no returns or exchanges offered once the product is delivered.
    • If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by sending an email to service@jtees.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
    • Bulk orders are accepted. Our basic bulk pricing guidelines are available on most of the product pages. Due to the higher volume of bulk orders, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed.
    • At June’s Tees & Things, we strive to provide you with quality products. All products are handmade and created with love. Due to the custom nature of the printing process, there may be some slight imperfections in the product. We will not send out products that are deemed unsatisfactory for our customers.

Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 days of final payment.
Shipping length will be determined by customer at checkout.

How do I place an order for a custom item?

You can design your own custom product on the product page or requested directly on the site.

Visit our contact us page or use request a quote button located on individual product pages.

How do I change my shipping address?

You shipping address can be changed via your account portal.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive an order tracking number upon shipment of your order.

How do I place an order for a custom item?

Yes, please use the contact us feature to communicate with our design team and we will do our best to accommodate your special request.

Note: Sending a special order request does not guarantee that requested item can be obtained or personalized. But stands as an agreement that we will do our best to accommodate our customers.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

When will backordered items be processed?

Backordered items are out f stock and will require an additional 1-2 weeks processing time.

Backordered items will be clearly labeled before purchase.

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, orders quantities above 15 may qualify for a bulk order discount. Please request a quote today.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Due to Covid-19 we cannot accept returns.

Please contact us at service@jtees.com or 773-849-1854 to resolve any issues you may have. We will do our best to to enhance customer satisfaction.

I received the wrong item

We are sorry to hear we got your order incorrect. Please contact is at service@jtees.com and we will be sure resolve this issue.

My order arrived damaged

Sorry to hear the item was damaged. Please contact us at service@jtees.com and we will do what we can to replace the damaged items.

Photo evidence of damage may be requested. We cannot guarantee that all damaged item requests will be approved for replacement.

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please contact us immediatly at service@jtees.com. Items will be shipped to the shipping address entered unless otherwise requested.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Yes, custom orders can be changed or cancelled up until the item processes.

Non custom orders will be available to be changed or cancelled until shipping occurs.

How do I create my own custom designs on the website?

First, choose a product. Customizable products will display “Add A Design”, when attempting to place an order. Click the button to enable designing tools.

Our design tools are built into the website and can be directly edited on any device.

Design page will feature various tools including fonts, clipart, backgrounds, ability to upload photos, create QR codes and more.

If the “Add A Design” button is un available, use the “Request A Quote” button to contact us. We can create a custom design for you.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes items that are sold out are considered backordered.

Backordered items will extend processing up to 1-2 weeks after an order is placed.

All backordered items will be clearly labeled before purchase.
